Andrea is Head of Production and handles the
company’s warehouse. With more than thirteen years
of experience, he is Alberto’s right-hand man.
The two work in complete synergy for the future
of the company. Andrea coordinates the production
process in order to obtain a final product that
presents all the features the customer requests.

ANDREA

Denise is an industrial engineer. She is in
charge of Quality Assurance and responsible
for the monitoring process. She supervises
every transfer of data in order to minimise the margin of error.

DENISE

Giorgio was born in Romania and he has been
working for the Giacomo Martinelli S.r.l. for
many years. He meticulously takes care of the
maintenance and the functioning of every tool and machine.

GIORGIO

Stefania is Head of Administration and a meticulous
and trustworthy professional. Her role in the company
is paramount: she is responsible for accounting and
administrative management.

STEFANIA

After the experience gained in the development area of the
family business, Alessandro today deals with production working directly on the machines,
to improve their quality and optimize the process.
Having gained in-depth knowledge of machinery, the focus now is on transmitting
the knowledge to production collaborators and creating
a trained team that knows how to tackle every aspect.

ALESSANDRO

Luca is Head of R&D. His job is to improve the company’s internal processes.
He works closely with the engineers to enable the
company in the creation of new technology
and equipment that can satisfy the current and the future market demand.

LUCA

Management engineer deals with the analysis of production data.
With an analytical and meticulous attitude, Giulia analyzing peak cycle times
to the improvement of each step through teamwork with his collaborators in the field.
She loves her work because she offers the concrete possibility
of intervening on a daily basis and helping to improve the business process.

ALESSANDRO

With a consolidated experience in several sectors, is Giacomo Martinelli's purchasing manager.
To perform his role, a deep knowledge of the product is needed.
In the spare time practice mountaineering.
He believes that the results in a company come just like when you make a climb,
step by step, to reach the top.

Creativity, development, design, marketing supervision,
Maurizio is engaged with versatility in the family business.
He collaborates in particular with Luca in the development area,
dealing with the drawings and design of components
and solutions to improve machines and processes.
The goal is to be able to do and continue what his father Alberto did,
always looking ahead and creating a state-of-the-art company every day.

MAURIZIO

Pietro is responsible for Quality Assurance within the
company. Accuracy, precision and problem-solving skills
are his strong points. At Giacomo Martinelli Srl, his seal
of approval on the initial stage of the production process is
crucial. Thanks to his visionary outlook and his ability to
pragmatically and intuitively fulfil his role, he is now one
of the youngest and most enterprising members of Alberto Martinelli’s team
